14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. The return period begins on the day you receive your order.

Requirements for Returns

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to fault of our own

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
